Registration Prerequisites

This system allows Hauliers, Agencies etc. to register their company on RHIDES in preperation for applying for Driver Identity Cards.

To complete a registration you will need the following:
Company Name  
Contact Name  
Contact Telephone Number
Company Registered Number (if a Limited Company)
VAT Number (if registered for VAT)
Operator Licence Number (VOSA) (if held)
Address (to include Country)
Destin8 / FCPS Badge Code (or that of a sponsor if you do not have one)
Network IP Address (Optional - this can be used for additional security)
Email Address  

You may wish to print off this checklist for reference whilst collecting the relevant information before you start the registration process.

The Companies House website is available between
7.00am and 12 Midnight, Monday to Saturday.
We can only accept registrations during this time.

Welcome

This site will allow you to register your company on RHIDES.

You will then be able to apply for ID Cards for your drivers.

Before you are given a Logon we need to ensure that you are a bona fide company and to help administer your account once it has been created.

At the end of the process you will be required to accept the Terms and Conditions which are available on this site.

Multi Site Companies

You can register each site individually with separate VOSA Operators nos. etc. or you can create a single logon under one VOSA no. for all your sites.

If you use the former option we will be able to send drivers registration letters to the individual depots.

Network Address

This is optional but we recommend that you enter at least part of it if possible.

RHIDES can provide extra security by checking this address when your logon details are being used.

This ensures they are being sent from a PC that you have authorised.
